OurEvent is a service provided by iDrean Networx Ltd ("we", "us"). For legal or support matters, contact support@ourevent.cy.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for securing your login credentials and account access.
- You must provide accurate information and meet age/legal requirements in your jurisdiction.
- We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or Terms violations.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
- No attempts to disrupt, probe, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
- You must respect privacy, intellectual property rights, and applicable law when uploading or sharing content.
4. Content ownership and license
- You retain ownership of your photos, videos, and event content.
- You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display content solely to operate and improve OurEvent.
- You confirm you have sufficient rights and permissions for all uploaded content.
5. Payments and subscriptions
- Some features require paid plans; pricing and plan limits are shown in product pages.
- Billing is handled by payment partners; taxes and local fees may apply.
- If you cancel, future billing stops and paid access remains through your current cycle.
6. Privacy
Your use of OurEvent is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Security
We apply reasonable and industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls, and monitoring).
No online system is completely risk-free. Please report vulnerabilities to security@ourevent.cy.
8. Service changes
- We may modify features, pricing, limits, or interfaces to maintain or improve the service.
- We may suspend or discontinue service where necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons.
9. Disclaimers and liability
- OurEvent is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by laws applicable to iDrean Networx Ltd, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
